8 THINGS TO DO WHEN YOUR FEELING DOWN

All of us have those days in our life- when we feel down, don't want to do anything we just get irritated with every thing at that point of time.......I'll help u all how to over come this problem. This is just my experience and what i do when am feeling down/low.......


  1. Gym,stretching,swimming - I know when u feel low u just don't wanna do anything, when u go to gym burn some extra calories which really makes Ur mind fresh and u'll feel energized, going to gym, doing some stretching, or swimming is really good for your body as well as mind. When we do physical exercises our muscles get relaxed which intern makes our mind relaxed and u'll never feel low......
  2. Talk to your friend  - When Ur feeling down u can talk to some one u love or to Ur friend with whom u can share Ur feelings. Talk about their life,laugh with them,share Ur feelings with them -this really makes u happy and relaxed at the same time..........When u feel pampered and loved that's the best heal u can get from someone u love............I have written a blog on Having friends for life https://makelifesimplewithme.blogspot.sg/2017/02/having-friends-for-life.html
  3. Bake/cook- Bake something which u like for yourself or for family or cook some new dish.....Which really makes u feel good about u when Ur family members really love what u have prepared..... Just try it u'll love the feeling.....

  5.  Shopping-  Hey who doesn't love shopping girls,what ever time, what ever mood we can shop at least window shopping no body wanna miss that chance:)This really changes Ur mind.....Get some good fitting cloths which makes u feel confident....
  6. Clean your house- Yes u should clean Ur house which keeps u busy and U'll forget every thing. If Ur house is clean which makes Ur mind fresh and satisfied, which exactly what U want.........Clean Ur kitchen,bathroom,living, bedroom -Wash Ur cloths,mop the floor....
  7. Go for a salon- Go to some salon get a hair cut, wax, facial anything which u prefer.... or go for a massage and get relaxed ......
  8.  Organize your closet- Everyone wants a clean and organized closet but it will be mess in our daily life- if Ur like me then cleaning Ur closet makes u happy. I bet U just try these things in Ur daily routine u'll never feel down/low later on..........
