THINGS TO BUY OR NOT-MAKEUP ADDITION

Hello everyone... I decided to do a mini review on some make up products, I have some products which I like and some I regret buying so i don't want u all to spend money on things which are not worth. whether its $1 or $50 it should be useful, ok today am reviewing on some affordable makeup products like Essence,Lakme, Color combos, Catrice. 

So today i have six products to review...Soon I'll do a review on skin care addition on things to buy or not comment bellow which product review u want to see...

Essence mosaic blush:
When I went to gaurdian i found esssence section at the corner as people where talking so much on essence products I really wanna give a try on this brand, and I bought essence mosaic blush what caught my eye is the names of these blushes I really loved it.. The shade is 20 all you need is pink...

The texture of the powder is really soft but its not as pigmented as I expected and the shade doesn't suit Indian/wheatish skin tone it just don't show up so well.. I think i should have tried different shade but as its not pigmented i think its a waste to invest on this product...
The powdered blush is composed of 3-shades.

To buy or not: I'll never buy and not recommended...

Essence and color combos lipstics:

As am a lipstick addict recently am into nudes, and bought so many nude lipstics so today am doing a review on 3 nude lipstics which i bought from Sasa Singapore and Guardian Singapore
I bought 2 lipsticks fom color combos one is in the shade 01 and the other is 08.. As they are mineral lipsticks they are very hydrating on lips and u dont need any lip balm before this lipstics... And the packaing also looks attractive but thimg is it don't stay long as they are affordable for the price can't expect more..

The essence lipsticks are also good in texture and they are shimmer lipsticks its in the shade 10 and even this is quite hydrating..

To buy or not: yes, can buy this product..

Lakme absolute perfect radiance:

Lakme is a well know brand and am using lakme products from so many years -Lakme absolute perfect radiance I started to use this from my college days, back then i used to love this product but now they have changed the packaging and they have changed the formulations as well... It make my face more dry and patchy which i don't want ..One reason Why I used to love this is because it has sunscreen with it and it smells like heaven i love the smell of Lakme absolute perfect radiance.. 

To buy or not:  yes, can buy...It's not good for dry skin people, if u have oily to normal skin and if ur a college going girl or on budget then this product is really good....

Catrice Eye liner pen:

Catrice cosmetics products are quite affordable you can find this in watsons and Guardian in Singapore.. As this is affordable makeup product review am talking about what all brands we can get easily.. Ok talking about the eye liner pen its water proof eyeliner pen with felt tip for a precise line, extra long lasting this what they claim... Yes, it's waterproof, long lasthing agreed but this lasted me for 3 to four uses later the dark black color is not showing what's the use of buy a product for 3 uses...

To buy or not : no, not to buy this product.

what's in my travel makeup bag- beginners guide

Hello everyone!!!! well its a vacation time for me, as me and my husband travelled recently to Vietnam it was a short vacation for four days.. oh,it was such an awesome place..OK let me stop talking about travel and talk about my travel makeup bag, hope i can become travel blogger as well :) lol..Wearing makeup during summers  are really difficult

While packing to my vacation I decided to do a blog on what's in my travel make up bag it's so interesting to know what others carry in their makeup bag,let me know what you all carry in the comment box:) as am just a begginer- i thought that might help some one like me..

Foundation/bb cream:
Choose your makeup based on the weather/climate where your going- if its to humid better choose a good bb cream or cc cream rather then a foundation. I always wear a bb cream during the day it gives minimal coverage which is fine for me and am sorted for the day... but night i need a foundation with good coverage... So for this trip i have choosen maybelline clear glow BB cream and loreal true match Foundation..

Concealer:
concealer a must have in your makeup bag, what ever if u miss to take while traveling one good concealer will make your day.. I have choosen L.A. girl pro concealer this is my all time favourite i'll be using the same in all my makeup.... Am opssesed with this product..

Foundation powder/compact pressed powder:
Applying foundation /concealer is important to get the good base for a foundation setting up this base is as important as applying a foundation/concealer.. For setting the base we need a good pressed powder so i have taken maybelline clearsmooth original pressed powder...

Eyeliner/Eye pencile:
Eyeliner and eye pencile are something like life savers it just instantly brightens your eye and am not a great fan of coloured eye penciles which really gives a different loo but i always go for khol black colour..here i have taken lakme eye pencile and catrice cosmetics eye liner pen Water proof.

Eyeshadow:
Eye shadow pallet comes handy during the times when you want to glam up your make up- as a I have told u before am just a begginer i like the wet and wild eye shadow pallet a lot....As i don't wear heavy eye makeup for the smooked look this is just perfect.......

Mascara:
While traveling we will be tiered while seeing the tourisum places but we all need that best photos of ours at the places where we go mascara wakes up the eyes which i like so a good water proof mascara is a must in your travel makeup bag..I always swear by maybelline the colossal volume Express water proof mascara..

Eyebrow pencile:
without doing a eyebrow the makeup never completes right?? I have choosen sasatinnie eyebrow pencile in the shade dark brown which is a well known brand in Singapore...

Blush/Bronzer:
Applying blush is my favourite it always make u fall in love with u:) Essence mosaic blush and what  I like in essence blushes is the names they give the shade name in all you need is pink look at that so I love essence products...

Lip balm/lipstick: 
Lipbalm i am big addict to maybelline baby lips so that should always be with me... lipstick I always carry two shades of lipstick with me this time I have choosed ELLE 18 color pops
and essence glamour queen..

Makeup brushes:
I always carry this small/travel size makeup brushes from forever 21 which has really soft bristles...  

summer/spring make up and outfit- beginners guide

Hello everyone.......we are in April and spring has begin, god!spring is full of life,colors and always very bright....Am always excited for summers because its my birthday month and waiting for vacation...

Ok!Lets stop talking about spring and talk some thing about make up,wearing makeup in summers are really tough- but we should wear because we are opsessed with it,lol:) what ever seasons it might be seasons comes every year we should look good through out the year....

During summers we can play with colors.....so here i have choosen coral top with black jeggings...............

 For a good makeup it always start with base -if Ur base foundation and concealer is perfect then u'll get a flawless makeup look ........

• SERUM- Apply face serum gently tap it into your skin it will make your skin smooth.
• MOISTURIZER- Apply your favorite moisturizer -I used Nivea soft  
• CONCEALER-Color correct with your concealer or hide any blemishes or under eye dark circles blend it with a damp beauty blender until its completely blended..-LA giirl pro concealer.....
• FOUNDATION- Apply all over your your face and bled it with damp beauty blender..I have already made beginners foundation and concealer routine click the link bellow-Loreal true match...

Beginners Drug Store Foundation And Concealer Routine For Indian Skin Tone

Make up is an addiction if U start wearing it u can't leave without it..... Many of us have uneven skin tone, blemishes,acne what ever it is we all are beautiful with our own skin- but some time we need to look more beautiful then we are, so here am starting the basics of make up............ How i do my foundation and concealer using drug store products........ When Ur a beginner just try some Drug store products which are affordable once u have some idea on make up U can start with the high end product........

This is my foundation and concealer picture with no other products on my face...........i haven't used eye liner ,lipstick,blush even my eyebrow is not done.....

FOUNDATION:

Foundation is some thing which comes with a different shades and different undertones.. Based on Ur undertone u can choose the foundation or if u get confused just ask the lady in the shop to help u out to get the correct shade of foundation..........Am using L'Oreal Paris True match foundation I usually prefer Liquid foundation and am in the shade Gold Beige,G4. This true match foundation is a liquid foundation which is easily bendable and has medium coverage -I always put one layer if i don't need much coverage which is OK for me.. Layering too much of foundation on to Ur skin leads to caking. This is one of my favorite drug store foundation......

TIPS -Apply primer before applying foundation which mattifies the skin and then apply foundation, never use fingers to apply your foundation -the heat produced from the finger tips will melt the foundation and after some time your makeup looks cakey....Use beauty blender or foundation brush.....Take a beauty blender run under tap water and squeeze the water and take a pump of the foundation and Bounce the sponge all over the face- don't rub the foundation into the skin...

CONCEALER 

Concealers are used to hide the hyper pigmentation,blemish,acne -now a days highlighting is on trend u can use 1 or 2 lighter shades of concealer to highlight and exact same shade as Ur skin tone to cover your dark circle, hyper pigmentation.....Am using my drug store L.A Girl PRO CONCEALER in the shade cool tan GC980.. I use it for under eye dark circles, blemishes and hyper pigmentation....

TIPS- Apply concealer in a v shape under your eye use the damp beauty blender to blend the concealer, always look up when blending concealer under eye so it wont show up fine lines under the eye after some time..... To get a flawless look just keep blending your foundation and concealer.......
